Our mission is simple: To provide seamless service as your customer, so that we can solve your problem as quick as possible. We do this through honesty, expediency, and dependability.

What makes us different than the other guys? Unlike traditional wholesalers, who make you an offer, tie up your property and then try to "flip" the contract to an investor for a profit, we are the actual buyer. This allows us to act faster than our competition and pay you more for your property. It is a true win-win. A seller can expect to make more $$$$ with us because we cut out the middle man!

Our Team

Harold Pershing is just two guys, James Behanick and Jacob Scher, looking to make a difference. They met in 2002 as students at Texas A & M University and both graduated with Masters of Land Economics and Real Estate in 2007. After going separate paths for eight years, a common goal brought them back together in 2015. That goal was to offer quick and competitive closings for homeowners in need of fast cash, an easy out or both.
